my final was this morning at 9. i am a proud graduate of 1010,102o, 2040, and 2050. it's kept me busy and i haven't updated in awhile...so here goes...last weekend i road tripped down to houston with some great friends for a music festival. octopus project, explosions in the sky, and broken social scene put on great shows. it was blistering hot and humid (and the will call line was an hour and a half too long) but we were revived by smoothies and had a fantastic time. i'm excited to spend this weekend with my family. mom and i are waking up early to check out some garage sales. i'm excited...it's like a treasure hunt :) also this week my baby sister took a tour of my college! she loves it and is so excited to start in january. then, of course, i've got my jake count down...he'll be back in pdx in a mere 4 days (and we can talk on the phone again!) then here to be with me only 5 days later! my sweet friend katherine is turning 21 on sunday! she'll be in seattle with her twin sister and their dad until tuesday...in the meantime, i'll be brainstorming/creating a bday gift. i'm excited to have the time to sew/craft/design!
