It's finished! The dresser Mom found on Craigslist last week is officially our new kitchen island. We attached some boards to make the bottom all one level then stained and added feet (to make it just the right height for vegetable chopping). The plan is to get a piece of wood to make the whole top surface a cutting board. It definitely adds some character to the kitchen :)
