Heidelberg

These are from my first real Heidelberg adventure last Saturday. Oh my goodness it was an interesting trip...I spent the afternoon walking around, going into shops, drinking a delicious latte, people watching, and stopping to talk with other people who speak English (I understood everyone inside the souvenir shops!). Everything was extremely enjoyable until it came time for me to take the train back home. To make a long story short, it took me almost an extra 4 hours to reach my destination. That's right, I took the wrong train. I met some interesting people along the way and made it home just as the trains closed down for the night. I took an extra long shower and slept like a baby.
